If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

- Recover costs associated with the dispute, including administrative fees and collection costs where permitted by law
15. SHIPPING; DELIVERY; RISK OF LOSS
Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.
TrueLab Peptides is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Weather delays or force majeure events
16. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING; CUSTOMS; SEIZURES
If you order from outside the United States, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for ensuring the products may be legally imported into your country
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance requirements
- Packages may be inspected, delayed, held, refused, destroyed, or seized by customs authorities
- TrueLab Peptides is not responsible for customs seizures, confiscations, delays, refusals, or destruction of shipments by customs or regulatory agencies.
International orders are generally final sale and not eligible for refunds due to customs-related issues.
17. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree not to purchase, export, re-export, or transfer products in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations, including restrictions administered by U.S. government agencies.
18. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds or replacements may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of:

- Verified manufacturing defects
To request assistance, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We may require photo evidence and/or return of the product before issuing any replacement or refund.
